Terms of Service

Version 1.1 ยท Effective 25 September 2026

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Plan10 about your use of the Plan10 website at plan-10.com and the Plan10 app. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

You accept these Terms when you create an account, or when Plan10 asks you to accept them and you do. If you do not agree, please do not use Plan10.

1. Who can use Plan10

Plan10 is for students of any age. If you are 18 or older, you accept these Terms for yourself.

If you are under 18, you may use Plan10 only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. By letting you use Plan10, your parent or guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf and can review, correct or delete your data by contacting us. A child under 7 may use Plan10 only through an account that a parent or guardian manages.

An account is for one person and may not be shared or transferred.

2. What Plan10 is

Plan10 is a study planning and productivity platform for students โ€” at university, at school, or preparing for exams. It includes courses, lectures, revisions, study rounds, calendars, planners, countdowns, a Public Library of study plans shared by other users, optional AI features that help build plans, and a way to contact our support team. Plan10 is currently free to use. We are actively developing it, so features may be added, changed, limited or removed over time, and some features may be marked as experimental.

3. A study tool, not professional advice

Plan10 helps you plan and track your studying. It does not provide medical, legal or other professional advice. Some students use Plan10 for medicine or other health subjects: nothing in Plan10, including content in the Public Library and AI-generated content, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, or a clinical resource, and it must not be used for decisions about patient care. Nothing in Plan10 replaces your curriculum, your teachers or your official course materials; check anything you rely on against them.

4. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address current, because that is how we send sign-in codes and important messages.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us at support@plan-10.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Plan10. You give Plan10 permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content. Only upload or publish material you have the right to use, and do not enter information that identifies patients or other people, or anyone's health information.

6. Publishing to the Public Library

When you publish content to the Public Library, it appears immediately, together with your display name. You allow other Plan10 users to view it, import copies into their own plans, and rate and review it, for their personal study. You can unpublish at any time; copies that users already imported stay in their plans.

We may hide or remove published content, or restrict publishing, if it breaks these Terms, infringes someone's rights, or is reported to us for a valid reason. We review content after it is published; we do not approve it in advance.

7. AI features

  • AI features are optional and we ask for your permission before your content is first sent to our AI provider.
  • AI output is generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. It is a draft: review it before you save it, and you are responsible for what you choose to keep.
  • AI features have usage limits, and we may change those limits or pause a feature, for example to control costs or fix a problem.
  • Do not use AI features to process content you do not have the right to use, or that contains other people's personal data or health information.

8. Acceptable use

When you use Plan10 you must not:

  • break any applicable law, including the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
  • upload or publish content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading;
  • collect, share or publish other people's personal data without the right to do so;
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your relationship with anyone;
  • try to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or bypass security or usage limits, or interfere with the service;
  • copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or access it by automated means, except as the service itself allows;
  • use Plan10 to send spam or to advertise.

9. Communications

We send service emails that you need to use your account, such as sign-up and password-reset codes, a notice when our support team replies to you, and important messages about your account or these Terms. Optional emails, such as product news, are sent only if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time. Push notifications are sent only if you enable them.

10. Contacting support

You can report a problem or ask for help from inside Plan10, and follow the conversation in the Support Center. Your messages and our replies are kept with your account. We aim to answer every message but do not promise a response time, except for privacy requests, which we answer within the period the law sets. Please do not send passwords or anyone else's personal or health information in a support message.

11. Plan10's software and brand

Plan10's software, design, name and logo belong to Plan10. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use Plan10 for your own studies while these Terms apply. Nothing in these Terms gives you any other right to them.

12. Availability and your data

We work to keep Plan10 available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may need to pause it for maintenance. We recommend that you keep your own copy of anything important; you can download your data at any time in Settings โ†’ Privacy & data.

13. Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using Plan10 at any time and ask us to delete your account in Settings โ†’ Privacy & data.

We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why. If you think a suspension is a mistake, contact support@plan-10.com. Suspension does not affect your rights over your personal data.

14. Responsibility for loss

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or any right that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or harmful acts, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law.

Subject to that, Plan10 is provided free of charge and "as is", and to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for loss that results from relying on study content, Public Library content or AI output without checking it against your official course materials.

15. Changes to these Terms

Each version of these Terms has a version number and date. If we make a material change, we will tell you in Plan10 and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using it. Smaller changes, such as clarifications, are published with a new version number and date.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. We would always prefer to resolve a concern directly first, so please contact us.
